This Slow Cooker Cranberry Cider Recipe all day every day, YES Please!! My friends this is what these months are made for! This is the time of the year where we can drink all the cider, enjoy all the cranberries while we can and plan all our Holiday parties and get-togethers. It’s also the perfect season to light up all the scented candles and make your home smell like a winter (or fall) wonderland.
But want to know something? When you make this Slow Cooker Cranberry Cider Recipefrom scratch you don’t need any scented candles because oh my gosh the smell of this is just beyond amazing!
And can we please talk about how easy this is to make? This is the perfect busy mom recipe that will wow everybody while still being totally doable even with an overpacked schedule and one too many activities in your plate.
For me, the secret is in mixing apples with citrus fruits and some spoonfuls of cranberries. The flavor combo is just amazing! I also really love how good all the spices blend with the fresh fruit, and that’s partly because we are going big with the spices (think clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom).
This is as easy as throwing all your ingredients into your slow cooker and let it work its magic for a couple of hours. I usually set it up in the middle of the day to have fresh cider for the night (little tip: if you are having friends and family over make it that same day so everyone can feel the amazing smell!). Once it’s done, you just need to strain it over a large pitcher.
And best of all? You can keep it in your fridge for up to 1 week because honestly, every day is a good day for slow cooker cranberry cider.
