How To Make Turkey Pancakes With Homemade Pancake Batter
This turkey pancakes recipe uses homemade pancake batter. If you have never made homemade pancakes, give it a try. Takes basic staple ingredients and not much more work than boxed, but offers a better flavor.
Start out by making your homemade pancakes. I used a griddle for being able to have a larger workspace, but you can use a pan if you want. We do one larger pancake for the back followed by a smaller pancake.
This apple corer really does a great job at slicing up your apples and not getting the core! If you want thinner slices, just slice each apple one more time with a small knife.
Once your pancakes are done it is time to assemble. These pancakes are simple to make. Add in your eyes, and red frosting for the snood then place the nose on. If you want the eyes to stick, just add a small dab of frosting on the back side.
