This Twice Baked Potato Slices Recipe is the perfect finger food for fall football tailgates, Super Bowl parties, or holiday dinner parties with friends! Twice Baked Potato Slices Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3 Large Baking Potatos
Salt
Pepper
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chopped Green Onions
Bacon (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Slice Baking Potatos into 1/4 inch slices
Pour Olive Oil into a Cookie Sheet or baking dish & Spread evenly
Place Potato Slices in Baking dish and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper
Turn Over and sprinkle the other side with Salt & Pepper making sure all slices are coated in olive oil.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 Minutes
Remove from Oven and Turn Slices over
Top with Shredded Cheese
Bake at 350 for another 15 Minutes
Remove From oven and allow to cool slightly
Place Sour Cream in a Pastry Bag and Cut of a Small Corner of the point
Pipe Sour Cream onto the center of the Potato Slices & Top with Green Onions & Bacon
