Watermelon Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 cup diced Watermelon
1 cup diced Red Onion
1 cup diced Cucumber
1 cup diced Tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup minced Jalapeno
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Allow to set in refrigerator at least 1 hour for flavors to come together.
