White Chocolate Peppermint No-Bake Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS:
2 Packages of Cream Cheese Softened
1/2 Cup Butter Softened
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
4 oz. White Chocolate Melted
1/2 Cup Crushed Candy Canes or Peppermints
1 Ready-Made Graham Cracker Crust
1/2 Cup Peppermint Crunch Topping or Extra Candy Canes for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well (Cream Cheese, Butter, Vanilla, Powdered Sugar, White Chocolate, Candy Canes).
Pour Cheesecake Mixture into the Graham Cracker Crust and Spread Evenly.
Top with Remaining Candy Cane or Peppermint Crunch Toppings.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
