For me, there are two main things that I love about the Factor Meals. I love the quickness of having a week of meals delivered straight to my door. Heat and eat in as little as 2 minutes, with no prep and no mess. But mainly it’s the protein in these meals! Some are up to 50g! Since being in my 40’s, I try so hard to make sure I am taking in enough protein, and these take all of the guesswork out of it for me.
Factor has been a game-changer for staying consistent with my eating goals, even with as crazy as our schedules(kids’ schedules really 😂)have been! Their chef-crafted meals are ready in two minutes, which means almost ZERO time in the kitchen for me. AND no dirty dishes!!!
