Have your child write their name on the tags BEFORE tying onto the Expo markers.  it’s much easier that way! After that, push a thin ribbon, yarn, or twine through the hole and tie on. I suggest using cardstock, so the paper doesn’t rip through while you’re tying the tag.

Furthermore, there are two ways you can complete this project: One option is to leave the package intact with the markers inside and tie the tag around the package.
