Didn’t think we would start with waffle fries? Y’all, sometimes I just need some fries! Did you know that you can have a small waffle fries, 8 count grilled nuggets, and even add Chick-fil-A sauce for just 530 calories? The perfect option is you are counting calories but not great if you are doing Keto. We will share some great Keto options below.

If you needing a lighter breakfast option then you can’t go wrong with the Greek Yogurt Parfait w/Granola. This option has 280 calories and 14g of Protein.
Chick-fil-A Keto Friendly Menu Items
If you are on the Keto diet then you will love the options at Chick-fil-A! They have several menu items with 10 or fewer net grams of carbs and plenty of protein-packed options! Have you tried the grilled chicken nuggets?
