Boy! Have I got a special treat for you today! There’s just something about summer that screams Strawberry Shortcake to me, but then there’s the side of me that just want’s Chocolate, All. The. Time! :) So balancing those two things together I came up with a Fun and Simple Brownie Stack that’s easy to make and fun to eat!
All you need for this recipe is a Traditional Brownie Mix and the Eggs, Water and Oil to follow the directions on the package.
Then, Load up your Brownies with all your favorite toppings! I picked Strawberries, Ice Cream and Whipped Cream!
I started off by preparing the brownie mix according to the package instructions, there’s really no difference in the actual batter, just in how you cook it.
Next Spoon the Batter into small amounts onto a griddle heated to 350 Degrees. Once they start to brown around the edges use a Spatula to Flip and cook on the other side. I found that I liked them a little “Un-Done” Because as the batter cooled it hardened some and they were perfect when they were a little chewy.
Then Top with all your Favorite Ingredients and Toppings, You really can go crazy here, it would also be fun to set up several different toppings and let everyone build their own!
