    I am new to freezer meals. When you say leave it out to thaw, do I leave it in the fridge to thaw or on the counter?

      For food safety, always thaw in the refrigerator.

    Hello, I have seen freezer meals using chicken and it was uncooked, can I use uncooked chicken and keep the broccoli frozen?? I really don’t want to take the time to cook the chicken? Thanks so much

    How long can you leave these in the freezer for? I’m new to freezer meals.

      Freezer guidelines vary for different ingredients. Normally the quality of the item just goes down the longer it’s left in the freezer. The answer varies between 1 month and 12 months depending on what you’re freezing. IF you always use the oldest freezer meals first you should be okay in this department ;) Hopefully you’re using them up quickly if you keep making them.

    How much does the recipe yield? How big are the bags of broccoli?

    1. I use 16 oz. Bags of Broccoli. This is for 4 recipes, so it will make 4 9×13 pans.

      Sometimes I make my own cream of chicken soup! There are recipes you can follow online if you don’t want to use canned cream of chicken!
