Oh my, this recipe is SO good. You will be taking these with you to Sunday School or if you are hosting a bridal shower, baby shower, or brunch! Your friends and family will fall in love with these and will be begging you for the recipe!
Chocolate Chip Pancake Bites Recipe
2 Cups Pancake Mix
1 ¼ Cups Water
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine Pancake Mix, Water, Maple Syrup, & Vanilla
Mix well until smooth and creamy
Stir in Mini Chocolate Chips
Pour batter into a 12-Count Muffin Tin
Bake at 350 Degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges
Remove from Pan and allow to cool
To Serve: Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds if needed and top with Maple Syrup or dip in Syrup before eating.
You will LOVE this recipe! Plus, this is a great holiday recipe for Thanksgiving or Christmas too if you are having family come in town.

BONUS, because these are “bite size”, you can DIP THEM IN SYRUP!! I don’t know about you. But this is my favorite part! It’s so fun! Get creative and serve these at your next brunch or party!
