Hi is this just a normal pancake mix? I have a packet mix which you are suppose to use water and egg to make so do I just use that mix with the other ingredients and make as your instructions say. Thanks

    1. Passion For Savings says:

Yes just use the dry pancake mix and then follow the instructions listed. Enjoy!

My batter was thick like muffin batter. I used Ahnt Jemima Buttermilk Complete pancake mix is it supposed to be very thick. I followed the recipe exactly

  3. Gretchen says:

I filled the recipe the exact way they turned out great however the barter was thick like muffin mix. I used Aunt Jemina pancake mix. The batter was thick like muffin batter that we had to push off the spoon into muggy tins. Is this how it’s supposed be?

Did you say you could freeze? Do you thaw before putting in microwave? How long will they keep refrigerated?

    1. Passion For Savings says:

You could freeze them just be sure the container is airtight. I would thaw them overnight the night before you want to eat them in the refrigerator and then just microwave them for just a few seconds to warm them up!

Made these for my boys and they looooved them! I’m going to make for a birthday brunch we’re having. Do you think it would change the cooking time if I did in a mini muffin pan rather than the standard one I used the first time?

    1. Passion For Savings says:

Yes, the mini muffins will take less time to bake. Try cooking them at the same temperature, but check them at 10 minutes. They’ll probably take between 10 and 15 minutes in the mini tin.
