    I have made these for 3 different cookie exchanges this year. They are delicious! I substituted peanut butter chips for the butterscotch.

    Look forward to making on other holidays with the right colors of m&m’s. Red for Valentine’s day , green on St Patrick’s day, red, white & blue for the 4th. Even for friends & family on special occasions when I know their favorite colors! Thanks!

      You can substitute the chocolate chips or butterscotch chips for a different flavor if you prefer. If you like white chocolate chips just substitute them in the same amount for the one you don’t prefer. Enjoy!

    I didn’t have regular sweetened condensed milk but had caramel flavored sweetened condensed milk and they were just as delicious!!
