Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake
INGREDIENTS:
1 Large Loaf of French Bread cut into small pieces
10 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Cinnamon
For Topping:
1 Stick of Butter Softened (Must be soft!)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup of Chopped Pecans
Glaze:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3-4 Tbsp. of Milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees
Slice French Bread into small 1” or Bitesized Pieces
In a bowl combine Eggs, Milk, Cream, Sugars, Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Whisk together until smooth.
Pour egg mixture over the bread mixture as evenly as possible.
In a small bowl combine all the Topping Ingredients until crumbly
Sprinkle over Bread Mixture and Cover for 20-30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 35-40 Minutes.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Drizzle over French Toast when removed from the oven.

The best part of this recipe is that it’s easy to make for a crowd. Perfect for holidays or family get togethers when you want simple, but you also want a crowd pleaser for those picky eaters!
Casseroles are a HUGE win for me because they can save me so much time in the kitchen. Sometimes I will even throw together this together the night before and let it sit in the fridge till I’m ready to bake it the next morning. Great for when we have company staying at our house.
