The COVID-19 crisis continues to spread and that leads to physical and economical impact! The unemployment numbers were released and the reality that so many are facing right now is really setting in. Certain industries have really been hit hard and we wanted to pass on companies that are hiring. These can be used as a way to bring in some income until we get out of this pandemic or maybe the start of a new career.
Amazon- Announced they are looking to add 100,000 workers due to the demand for deliveries! The majority of those jobs will be warehouse and delivery workers. They do have some work from home options that are available. You can Apply Here.
CVS- I went to our local drug store and was able to find several household goods (including toilet paper). A lot of people are shopping at CVS and they are needing to hire an additional 50,000 employees! They even have bonuses available for those that work directly with patients. CVS has a number of positions available and you can apply here!
Dollar General- They have been really good about adjusting to the crisis. They were the first company to announce early shopping for seniors! They are also hiring 50.000 jobs and hoping to have them hired by the end of April. Apply for Dollar General here!
Domino’s- The pizza chain is hiring up to 10,00 employees. They are hiring delivery drivers, customer service reps, Class A CDL drivers and more! Check out all the positions here!
Instacart- Do you love to shop? Then Instacart could be a great option for you! They are planning to hire 300,000 shoppers to help with the current demand! Instacart primarily does the grocery shopping. Some of the jobs include shopping only and some shop and deliver. Apply Here!
Kroger- Do you have Kroger Grocery Stores in your area? They have announced more than 10,000 openings that need to be filled!
Papa John’s- The Pizza chain is hiring more than 20,000 people to help in their stores! You can apply to deliver pizza or work in the store. You can apply here!
Pizza Hut- In addition to the other pizza places that are hiring, we also see that Pizza Hut is hiring 30,000 people! Basically, they are hiring for all positions even the virtual call center! Apply for Pizza Hut jobs here!
Walgreens- The drug chain will be filling around 10,000 positions! This will be for full and part-time jobs! They are hiring customer service associates to pharmacy technicians. Visit Walgreens to apply!
Walmart- Has announced they will hire 150,000 temporary positions with many of these jobs turning into full-time positions! These jobs consist of store associates, distribution centers, and fulfillment centers. They have streamlined their process to hire people within 24 hours! Apply for Walmart jobs here!
