Copycat Nutter Butter Cookies Recipe
Here’s the recipe:
2 Cups Peanut Butter
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all three ingredients in a Bowl and mix well, stir until well mixed.
Roll dough into a 1″ Ball and place on a Greased Cookie Sheet.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 9-10 minutes or until edges start to turn slightly brown.
Icing:
INGREDIENTS:
Combine 1 Cup Peanut Butter with 2 Cups Powdered Sugar and 3-4 Tablespoons of Milk – Note, depending on what type of peanut butter you use you may need more or less milk. I add my sugar slowly and if it starts to get too thick then don’t worry about using an exact amount, this isn’t a perfect science I find that different brands of peanut butter make a difference.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix well on a high speed using a hand mixer or Kitchen Aid
Fill a Pastry Bag with the Icing
Cut off a corner of the Pastry Bag
Pipe Icing between two cookies and gently press together.

Please correct this recipe for us. How much peanut butter? 1 or 2 cups? Is it granulated or powdered sugar? Icing? Thanks. Looking forward to the corrected recipe.
You use regular sugar for the cookies and use the powdered sugar for the icing.
