I mentioned this to several of my friends recently and they had never learned How to Cook Corn on the Cob in the Crock Pot so I thought I would share this Corn on the Cob Crock Pot Recipe with all of you just in case you hadn’t heard of this either.
Cooking Corn on the Cob in the Crockpot is So Simple and a great way to have side dishes ready when you get home from work, T-Ball or other activities. I can have a Lasagna or Roast in the oven and then Corn on the Cob in the crockpot. It’s super simple and doesn’t require any special ingredients!
Corn on the Cob Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients
- 4-5 Fresh Corn
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Water
Instructions
- Shuck the corn on the cob and remove everything on the outside of the corn
- Cut the end off the corn
- Place Corn on the Cob in a Large Crockpot and fill with water, Add Salt
- Cover and turn crockpot on high for 4-5 hours
- Remove Corn from Water, Butter and serve!
