Why I love my Walmart Plus Membership
New for Walmart+ Members! Walmart just added an awesome perk that lets members get 25 FREE 4×6 photo prints every month!
Here’s how to score your FREE photo prints:
- Visit a participating Walmart Photo Center and order 25 4×6 photo prints at the Photo Center kiosk.
- Take your printed confirmation slip to a Photo Center associate to collect your prints.
Order in the app:
- In the Walmart app, go to the Walmart+ benefits page and share your barcode with the associate.
- Collect your FREE prints – you can get up to 25 free 4×6 photos every month!
So I held off on getting a Walmart+ Membership for a while. I just felt like we already had Prime and I could do Walmart pickup so easily (I live in NWA, where there is a Walmart on every corner LOL), so there wasn’t a “need” for it, right? Well, I was wrong! It has been such a help in our busy schedules that I will never not have it now!
The obvious: same-day grocery delivery. But I’m not talking. Oh, I placed an order for our weekly meals, and it’s coming tomorrow. I am talking oh, the kids forgot to tell you they signed up for snacks for the soccer game, and you need snacks and drinks for 20 kids TONIGHT, and you don’t have a spare minute in the day to run and grab all this! I am not going to name which child of mine, but I have one who always volunteers me anytime something is needed! Haha, I can’t tell you how many times I have placed small, must-have orders and they were delivered to my doorstep that same day. It helps me save so much time (and gas) from not having to run these last-minute errands.
Gifting: Now is the perfect time to sign up for Walmart+! You can jump on and buy last-minute birthday gifts from your local Walmart and have them delivered to your door! A lot of times on the same day! Plus, don’t fight all the crowds for Thanksgiving shopping. Order them online and have them shipped to your door!
The Gas Pump Savings: Ten cents off every gallon definitely adds up! Especially if you have multiple drivers in your household. My husband laughs at me but I love seeing how much we have saved on gas this year through the Walmart App. And I love that you can just scan the QR Code on the pump and pay with the card you have stored in your Walmart Account. So if you are ever taking the kids to school and are almost on Empty but realize you left your purse at home, you can still get gas at Walmart if you have the Walmart App on your phone. (Yes, this has happened to me, twice!)
Walmart Rewards: Did you know there are extra digital coupon savings for Plus Members?? You “clip” the savings offers and the coupon amount will be added to your Walmart account after purchase. So if you use $2.00 worth of savings that amount will show up on your account for you to use on your next purchase of choice.
Easiest Returns EVER: Did you know Plus Members can literally set their returns on their front porch and Walmart comes to YOU and picks them up?! I ordered several things for our new home that just didn’t work in the space. I sat them on our porch, no printing a return label, no driving to the store and waiting in the long line. Just made a return on the app, and they picked it up! #gamechanger
