Alfredo Chicken Skillet Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. of Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Divided)
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
How to Make Alfredo Chicken Skillet
- In a Large Skillet saute Butter and Garlic, then Brown Chicken on Both Sides for 4-5 Minutes
- Remove Chicken and Set Aside
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- In the same pan add the Heavy Cream, Chicken Broth, Italian Seasoning, 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add Chicken Back In and place in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese
Serve alone (Keto Friendly) or with Pasta or Rice.
