Can these be made a day ahead then transported for baking?
Excellent! I made these for our Super Bowl party. They were delicious!!
How much does the spinach roll up recipe make?
These are excellent. I have made them several times and they are always a hit. I get a lot of compliments. Easy to make too!!
These were very delicious, I added mozzarella cheese and used cheddar since that is what I had in the house. I suggest cutting them an 1″ thick, you may want to add that to the recipe as well as length of cooking time which was about 20min.
Made it for a football Sunday….Nice crunch but a bit bland. Not sure they were worth making again.
Absolutely delicious! I made this twice in one week, the first batch went really fast :) This recipe is a keeper!!
Do you layer the sheets together before spreading on the filling or do you spread filling on both sheets?
It would be helpful if the recipe said how thick the slices should be and how many rolls it makes! I really want to try this!
I am looking forward to making this tomorrow for a birthday party! Do you mind explaining what you mean when you say, spread mixture over one side of puff pastry? Do you mean, over the entire top part of the pastry sheet? (That being the one side.) Or if I divide the pastry sheet in half, and just do it on one side of the top? Kind of a confusing question, but I don’t want to mess this up!
I made these creamy spinach roll ups for Father’s Day, they were soooo easy and soo delicious! Thank you for the recipe, I’ll be making these again and again!
I want to make these, but there is one part that is not clear.
Do you unroll both pastry sheets and put half the cream cheese mixture on one and the other half on the other pastry sheet, making 2 rolls?
Or do you unroll both pastry sheets together and put the cream cheese mixture on, making one roll?
Thanks,
Laura
These were so yummy. I got 26 pinwheels out of the recipe.
