Crockpot Glazed Beef Bowls are an Easy Slowcooker Recipe to make on busy evenings! Crockpot Meals are my favorites because they are a No Fuss Meal that I can put on my table for Busy Weeknight Dinners!
Busy, on the go, hectic, sounds familiar? We are always running around trying to get as many things off of our to-do list as possible. School, sports, plays, errands, and laundry! Just thinking about it makes me a bit anxious. But for me, the most important thing is putting delicious and nutritious food on the table, and this is where this Crockpot Glazed Beef Bowls Recipe makes cooking dinner easier!
This recipe has become a dinner staple around here when things get hectic and schedules get packed. It’s also a delicious and nutritious meal and a crowd favorite! To say everyone loves it is an understatement, they rave about it!
The best thing about this dish is that’s made in a crockpot, meaning that it is a complete hands-off cooking experience! That’s my favorite part about the Crockpot Glazed Beef Bowls. You only need to cook the beef (using your slow cooker) and then add all the toppings and fixings you like.
I like to keep things on the simple no-cook side, so I fill our bowls with cabbage, cheddar cheese, and avocado. If I have some leftovers laying around, I also include some white rice. But this dish is super versatile so if cabbage is not your thing you can go ahead and swap it for lettuce or tomatoes or zucchini or change the rice for some pasta or even beans.
The star of this recipe and the most important part is the crockpot glazed beef! It’s flavorful, slightly spiced and so tender!
Actually, while you are at it, make a double batch so you can have enough leftovers for a wrap or a salad, or you know another bowl like this for lunch.
