Why Do Easter Art Painting
It is a fun way to make Easter a bit more colorful! Grab any color of paints you want and let your little kids get creative on what they create. My kids loved playing with the peeps. They might even have nibbled on a few clean ones.

I loved using the bunny shaped peeps. But you are more than welcome to buy other shapes. I thought they were the most noticeable when you used them as a stamp.

How To Make Peep Easter Art
Abstract Easter Art
You can do an abstract Easter art scene of you would like. By letting them put prints all over the white canvas. Or you are more than welcome to paint the canvas first and then mix colors on peeps or do white.
Easter Scene Art
The other route is to paint a sky and grass and then let your child plop the Peeps onto the scene to make it look really creative. Then once the paint is dry add eyes and a nose with a small paintbrush. It is making a fun Easter Scene.
How To Get The Paint On The Peep Easily
I used a foam brush paintbrush. It allowed me to get an even coat on my peeps. Since they are covered in sugar you will notice some will fall off as you do this craft, it is totally normal and okay.
If you don’t want to use a foam brush you can easily just dip it into the paint and dab off any excess on a plate.
