How To Make Easter Bunny Snack Cakes
Start by unwrapping your snack cakes, Then work on melting up your chocolate melts in your pastry bag. The chocolate is going to be what you use as “glue” to secure all the face pieces on.
Work on gluing two eyes on, nose, cut the edible grass for whiskers, and match the face I did for mine. Then stick your cupcake topping in for the ears.

If you make these ahead of time you can easily store in a container! Place them in a cake pan or airtight container and then lay them out flat, then cover with a plastic wrap or lid.

Ingredients
- Little Debbie Easter Basket Cakes
- Candy Eyes
- White Candy Melts
- Disposable Pastry Bag
- Edible Easter Grass
- Pink Jelly Beans
- Bunny Ear Picks
Instructions
- Unwrap snack cakes.
- Microwave 3/4 cup candy melts in pastry bag for 30 seconds.
- Squish bag to mix. Microwave for 30 more seconds. (More or less depending on the strength of your microwave.)
- These will be used as the glue to adhere to the eyes, nose, and whiskers.
- Adhere the candy eyes onto the snack cake.
- With scissors, cut 3 pieces of edible Easter grass each to 3" long.
- Adhere to the center of the snack cake, crisscrossing the pieces so there are three 1.5" whiskers on each side of the face.
- Add one more dot of melted candy melts on top of the whiskers and adhere a pink jellybean for the nose.
- Insert the bunny ear pick and you're done! These are able to stand up by themselves or you may serve them flat on a tray.
