Check out this Easter Pancake Recipe to make for your family on or around Easter! This is a fun & Creative Breakfast Idea that your kids will love! Easter Pancake Recipe!
1 1/2 Cups Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp. Sugar
1 1/4 C. Milk
1 Egg
3Tbsp Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Flour Baking Powder, Salt & Sugar in a bowl.
Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients, Add in Milk, Egg and Melted Butter. Slowly mix until smooth.
Divide into three bowls and add food coloring (I used Pink, Green, and Yellow) for Easter Eggs.
Heat a pan on the stove over medium-high heat.
Place Batter in an egg shape as you place it in the pan, I just made a circle and flattened it into an oval shape.
