I love trying copycat recipes for some of our favorite store-bought snacks! These copycat Kit Kat bars are great to make to take to a party, or just to keep at home for your kids! You could even wrap these up individually to give away as party favors or Holiday Treats! The options are endless! One thing is for sure though, you will want to try this recipe!
Easy Homemade Kit Kat Bars Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package of Vanilla Creme Wafer Cookies
12 oz Chocolate Melting Chips
DIRECTIONS:
Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
Melt chocolate by heating in microwave for 30 seconds, stirring and repeating until melted.
Dip each wafer in chocolate, lift out with fork allowing excess to drip off and place on tray.
Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to set.
Trim uneven edges with a knife.

Make sure you stir the chocolate chips after each 30-second interval. If you melt longer than 30 seconds at a time, they'll burn!
