Do you struggle with making an Easy Meal Plan and getting dinner on the table each night? My Friends and I are taking turns this summer making menu plans and sharing them with everyone. The idea is that everyone makes one Menu, Meal Plan and Shopping List and shares with everyone. There are 10-12 of us so everyone is going once this summer! It’s been a great way to share ideas and break outside the box without having to create a new plan every single week. At the end of the summer we will have around 60 recipes to pick and choose from to create our own Menus the rest of the year, or we can start back at the beginning!
This week was my week and I thought I would share my menu plan with all of you!

I added up the cost of most of these ingredients and I believe you’d spend around $40 at Aldi if you already have all the staples on hand and you wouldn’t need all of every ingredient so you would have some left over for future weeks!
If you need help making your own Menu Plan, I also have this Blank Menu Plan/Shopping List Worksheet. You can download this Worksheet, fill in your favorite recipes and create your own shopping list! This is just a template, but it sure helps me get organized and make sure I have everything I need for the week. If you do this for a few weeks & save them you will have menu plans to use in the future!
