I made these but the mixture is so thick I could not get it to pipe. I finally just made small bite size balls and mashed them down with a fork.
These spritz butter cookies are the absolute best! I made them at Christmas time and we ate them up………………. Now, this recipe is our favorite.
Would this recipe work well if I made the dough the night before then pulled the cookies the next day?
I’m sure you could, however to get the dough to pipe you’ll have to let it sit out at room temperature before you do that.
These taste okay, but I have no idea how you managed to get these to pipe out of a bag. The dough was so thick, it blew a hole out the side of our bag. We managed to get something in the oven, but they definitely won’t win any best looking cookie awards.
This recipe, do we use self rising flour or All Purpose flour?
Thanks
Just regular all purpose flour
