Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Rules:

Unless otherwise specifically stated within the text of an individual Giveaway Post the following are the rules for each Giveaway held on the Site.

The Giveaway is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site.

1. The Giveaway is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site.
2. Each Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States of America, who have attained the age of 18, or similar age required by the state law of the Reader’s domicile.
3. No Purchase Necessary. Purchase does not increase chance of winning.
4. Void where prohibited.
5. Specific Giveaways may have different method of entries described in the individual Giveaway Post.  Generally, each Giveaway will use one or more of these entry methods:
   1. Comment on the Giveaway Post.  In order to enter some Giveaways, the Reader will be required to leave a Comment in the Comments section of the Giveaway Post.  All entries attempted by any other means, including but not limited to: email, text, comments, other social media sites, Affiliate sites, or any other means will not be accepted, counted, or considered and are deemed void upon receipt.
   2. Text a Code to a Phone Number to subscribe for Alerts.  In order to enter some Giveaways, the Reader will be required to send a code to a phone number.  The Reader will be subscribed to receive alerts on the phone number the code was received from.  The Reader may opt out of alerts using the instructions provided in the initial text messages (e.g. “Text BLACKFRIDAY to 479-309-9507 to get Black Friday Alerts and be entered to Win!!”).  All entries attempted by any other means, including but not limited to: email, text, comments, other social media sites, Affiliate sites, or any other means will not be accepted, counted, or considered and are deemed void upon receipt.
6. The Winner(s) will be randomly selected.
7. Website Giveaway Winners will be posted to our Giveaway Winners Page.
8. A Reader who is a Winner of the Giveaway will be notified by Email or text and will have 24 hours from the outgoing communication’s time/date stamp to respond via the same communication method the notification was sent.  If no response has been received within 24 hours, an alternate Winner will be selected. Once an alternate Winner is selected, the initial Winner will not receive the Prize, has no recourse against the Site, but will be eligible to enter another Giveaway immediately.
9. Reader who is a Winner of any Giveaway may have their Name, Email, and Phone Number disclosed to an Affiliate as a condition to receiving the Prize.
10. Readers are eligible to win a Prize once every 30 days.
11. This Giveaway is void in any state where the terms of this Giveaway violate that states law; it is the Readers responsibility to insure that no state laws are being violated before they enter the Giveaway.
12. Alternative Entry Method: Mail a 3×5 Card with your Name, Address and Phone Number to P.o. Box 8622, Springdale, AR 72762. Entry must be received by the closing date of the giveaway.
13. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received for each Giveaway.

Giveaway campaigns that are posted to Facebook and Instagram are subject to the same conditions listed above. All Giveaway campaigns are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by , or associated with Facebook in any way. If in the event the prize cannot be obtained, a prize of equal value may be substituted. When entering, participants release and indemnify Facebook from all liability.
