- Cut roll of paper towel in half.
- Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil or Baby Oil with 1 tablesppon of baby wash and 2 cups of warm water. (If you use Baby Oil you can also use these for baby wipes! But use distilled water if you intend to use as such.)
- Put half of paper towel roll into container.
- Pour mixture over the paper towel and let sit for 30 minutes.
Depending on what you spent on your paper towel, you can spend roughly $0.50-$1.00 per container. Great way to save money on a much needed item!

If you will put a little bit of witch-hazel and/or alcohol in the solution, it will keep it from growing mold if you dont use them all up quickly. I used witch-hazel and mine are actually still good 2+ years from the time I made them.
You will want to cut your paper towels over a waste can. It can make a mess.. Also, be sure to use a smooth bladed knife or using a table saw would be even better. ;)
