I love making Homemade Pizza, it’s one of my favorite Family Night Dinners. I have tried several different Pizza Crust Recipes and this one is by far my families favorite. It also happens to be my favorite because it does not require a long rise time and you still get a great thick pizza crust, so it can be made last minute and I Don’t have to remember to plan ahead.

Can I freeze the pizza dough and if so what is best way to. Thanks.
Yes this can be frozen, freeze it after you knead it and roll it out before you let it rise. I always freeze mine in a Freezer Bag. Then pull it out and let it thaw, roll it out and let it rise the last 15 min. You will need to allow more time to rise since it will need to thaw completely before it will begin rising.
