This Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup is the perfect dish to satisfy your cravings for a good soup on cool evenings. Made with perfectly paired spices and vegetables, it will bring your taste buds to life. Even better, it can be made in your Instant Pot in just 30 minutes!
Do you love to eat delicious soups and other meals with ingredients that can sometimes give you heartburn? What about your other family members, do they suffer from heartburn post dinnertime too? Wouldn’t it be great to be able to eat your favorites but still know there is relief if that heartburn kicks in after eating?
If you’re like me and looking for some medication to relieve your heartburn after an enjoyable meal like this one, you should try Equate Omeprazole ODT (Orally Disintegrating Tablet) to relieve frequent heartburn.
At Walmart where I grab most of my groceries, over in the aisle where all the heartburn medication is, you can find the new Equate Omeprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablet which is a new way to treat frequent heartburn. Just grab some at the store while you are grocery shopping or add it to your Grocery Pickup, which by the way is my favorite way to shop at Walmart these days! By keeping the ODT on hand, you don’t have to change up any routine, including eating this marvelous tasting Chicken Tortilla Soup!
For the longest time, I have had trouble swallowing pills. It can be a tiny little thing or a gigantic pill, but no matter the size it’s just plain hard for me to swallow. Some people can just toss them in their mouth and grab a sip of water and then it’s just gone, yeah that’s so not me!
One reason I’m excited about this new Equate Omeprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablet is that it literally dissolves on your tongue and you don’t even need water to take it. Plus, it’s strawberry flavored, which is a favorite of mine!
You may already be familiar with the store brand Omeprazole tablet that’s been around for a while, but this new form of it dissolves on your tongue. Although some feel relief from their symptoms after 24 hours, it might take 1-4 days for the full effect.
If you suffer from frequent heartburn, 2 or more days a week, Omeprazole ODT can be a good option for you. Take 1 dose every 24 hours for 14 days to finish the treatment. Don’t take it for more than 14 days or more frequently than every four months, unless your doctor tells you to, of course.
So let’s not stop eating some of our favorite foods just in case we might get heartburn. However, it would be a good idea if you’ve suffered before and know you might get heartburn when eating your favorite foods to go ahead and be prepared for it. Grab the new Equate Omeprazole ODT at Walmart next time you’re there or add it to your grocery pickup and try it out! That melting process on your tongue and the strawberry flavor just might win you over!
Now, don’t forget to try this recipe in your Instant Pot. It’s delicious and my whole family loves it.
