So let’s not stop eating some of our favorite foods just in case we might get heartburn. Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Medium Purple Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Carrots, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Celery, Diced
- 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 32 oz. Carton Chicken Broth
- 4 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken, Note: You can use a Rotisserie Chicken for this if you would like, I normally use Leftover Chicken.
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 30 oz. Can of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
