How to file your Claim Form
As part of the Class Action Settlement, Keurig will reimburse 100% of your purchase if you have proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase then the reimbursement rate is 0.75% (you do not have your receipt or proof of purchase for this claim). Just fill out a simple form. Claim Deadline
It’s pretty easy to file your claim online but you need to file it by 7/15/2021! Just know that you are submitting your claim under the penalty of perjury. So don’t file fraudulent claims.
