How to Make Microwave Brownies
To make Microwave Brownies you need Traditional ingredients like Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Vanilla, Salt, Flour and Chocolate Chips.
One thing you’ll notice missing is an Egg, these are actually Vegan Brownies and they have an awesome Chocolate Melting Cake texture that melts in your mouth!
After you’ve combined all your ingredients together you can add in some Chocolate Chips which gives the brownies a great melted chocolate texture! It’s one of my favorite things about this particular recipe!

- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Ice Cream for Topping
- In a small Microwave Safe Dish combine Sugar, Cocoa, Water, Oil, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, and Salt.
- Whisk everything together until all clumps are gone
- Add in flour and stir gently until mixed
- Add in Chocolate Chips and Stir
- Microwave for 90 seconds on high until set in the center
- Top with your favorite ice cream and toppings
