Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1b Thinly Sliced Beef Steak (cut into bite size pieces)
- 12 Ounces Frozen Broccoli
- ¼ Cup Frozen Carrots
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Press sauté function on Instant pot.
- Allow oil to heat.
- Add Beef to oil.
- Add soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Allow to brown for 5 – 8 minutes.
- Add broccoli and carrots.
- Stir.
- Add brown sugar.
- Mix.
- Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
