You may have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer and yes, those are awesome. I Love mine! I’ve been toying with getting this Bosch. The main difference is the power and open design. This Bosch is 500 Watts of power where your typical stand mixer is 350 watts, depending on model. So, if you’re baking frequently this can handle way more. I love that you have nothing obscuring your way when adding ingredients. No more knocking flour or liquids on the head of the mixer, the Bosch is open and had TWO Beaters!! The motor is on the bottom so it makes it easier to move around…not as heavy as the typical stand mixer.
If you do very little baking then this machine probably wouldn’t be worth it to you, but if you’re like me and love to cook and bake it’s a great investment!
