My philosophy on working out is to find something that works for you and do it! There are Free Workout Apps that will give you a great workout! I will share some of my favorites with you. Make sure you check out the Tone It Up Workout Gear post we did as well!
FREE Workout Apps
When our country basically shut down and we could not workout at the gym, I had to find a good workout I could do at home. I did not want to spend a lot of money because I am already paying a gym membership. There are several Apps out there that can provide you with a solid workout. In fact, you will be sore the next day!
1. Daily Workout Fitness Trainer
One of our favorites is the Daily Workout Fitness Trainer! It has hundreds of exercises that range for 5 to 30 minutes. They will walk you through each workout which will really help you to have proper form. Choose from 10 different targeted workouts and 10 full-body workouts!

2. Nike Run Club
I don’t know why but I am told people enjoy running?!? Ha! That’s totally not me but one of the best running apps is the Nike Run Club App! This app gives you guidance that you need to become a better athlete. Nike claims they will help you “reach your goals and have fun along the way.” Once you have downloaded the app, you can choose from several options. One option is to click “My Coach” to choose workout plans between 4 to 8 weeks. That’s where you will find collective challenges, view your achievements and track your progress!

3. Simply Yoga
The Simply Yoga App will help you relieve stress and feel better while learning yoga! This app is great if you are new to yoga because they teach you how to transition positions and focus on your breathing. The exercises are between 20 minutes for beginners and 40 minutes and 60-minute sessions. They do have pay if you want more advanced routines but the free version has enough to help you relieve stress and tone your body!

4. Free Sworkit for Teachers
Here is a freebie for all the teachers! Sworkit is a fitness app that can help you reach your fitness goals. So if your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, weight maintenance, or simply to tone then Sworkit is for you! More than 400 unique workouts and over 800 exercises all on your smart device.
Here’s an awesome deal for teachers! You can sign up for the Youth Initiative and get free access to Sworkit’s paid subscription! That will give you have unlimited access to their extensive library of workouts. All you have to do is fill out this form and you should have approval in about 7-20 days. This is a fun way for teachers to stay in shape and use it in the classroom to help kids make healthy choices!

5. 7 Minute Workout
The 7 Minute Workout app is sponsored by Johnson & Johnson. It’s a fast, simple, science-based way to work out anywhere and anytime. Download it to your Apple Watch and have your workout ready at the touch of a button. This app is free and there is an option to buy the full app. However, the free version has several workouts that will give a short but effective workout! People LOVE the 7 Minute Workout!

6. Free Jefit Workout App
One of the best online workout sites is Jefit.com! I am impressed with how much content they available and how easy it is to use! They have workouts that you can use at home or at the gym. They will let choose exercises that concentrate on specific muscles. Want to work on your core? They have workouts for that area. Here’s the best part, they have a completely free version! It has ads but you get access to the 1300+ Exercise Library!

7. Workout With ClassPass
With Classpass, you will have access to a library of free on-demand videos! They also have Livestream classes from around the world! You get all that access FREE with your account! Book a live streaming class and invite friends to join you for a virtual workout, no matter where you are, right from the app. To book live-streaming classes does require that you pay for an account.
8. Fiton App
I know that a lot of people love the Fiton App! You can download the app and have your workout ready anytime and anywhere! There’s are a wide variety of workouts from celebrity trainers. The cool part is that you can workout with friends or solo. This Fiton App is always FREE!

9. My Virtual Mission
Have you heard about My Virtual Mission? It’s a great way to stay focused on your fitness goals. You log on and plot out start and endpoints on the map. Then every time you go running, cycling, swimming, etc you’ll advance on the virtual map. People use this to keep track of their fitness but also as a way to fundraise. People can see give to non-profits as a way to support your fitness progress!

10. Fitbod Fitness App
You can use the Fitbod Fitness App will help you to get stronger with a training algorithm to build your personalized workout plan! The Fitbod App is great for taking to the gym and using for strength-training practices. It works with or without gym equipment.
