How to Make Amazon Returns at Kohl’s
Kohl’s allows the return of eligible Amazon items without a box or label with no cost to return them! I have used Kohl’s to make Amazon Returns several times and it was SO easy!
1. You will need to begin your return with Amazon’s Online Return Center. You can return most new, unopened items sold by Amazon within 30 Days of delivery and get a full refund!
2. Now that you have chosen to make a return, you need to decide how you want the return processed. Do you want Amazon to credit it back to your account, refund your money, or you can even put the money towards another item in your cart!
3. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get your refunds but Amazon says most are fully refunded within 7 days after they receive and process your return.
4. You will now need to select the Kohl’s Dropoff option.
5. Amazon is going to email you a QR code. Pull up that QR code on your smartphone and have it ready at Kohl’s with your return. If you don’t have a smartphone then you can print out the label and take it with you.
6. Go to Kohl’s Customer Service department and give them your Amazon return. What I really love is Kohl’s will box up the return, add the label, and ship your return for FREE!
