Ocean Spray Class Action Settlement
If you purchased Ocean Spray between January 1, 2011, and January 31, 2020, then you qualify for potential award. The Class Action Lawsuit was filed against Ocean Spray because it was claimed they falsely advertised as containing “no artificial flavors”. There was a class-action lawsuit alleging they wrongfully represent their product with “No High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Colors or Flavors” advertising.
How to file your Claim Form
As part of the Class Action Settlement, Ocean Spray will award $1 to consumers for every bottle purchased. You can claim up to 20 bottles for a total of $20. You do not have your receipt or proof of purchase for this claim. Just fill out a simple form. You can file your claim here.
Claim Deadline
It’s pretty easy to file your claim online but you need to file it by 7/10/2020! You do not need receipts to file but you are submitting your claim under the penalty of perjury.
