What Is All Inside This Snack Mix
Salted Peanuts – You could use unsalted, honey roasted, or another type of peanuts.
Peanut Butter Pretzels – So if you have tried stuffed pretzels, you will love this in the mix. It adds a nice salty component along with more peanut butter.
Reese’s Pretzels – Reese’s made a dipped pretzel that has chocolate and peanut butter flavor coating the pretzels.
Peanut Butter Cups – I love using the mini cups for this, but you could buy larger ones and dice up.
Reese’s Pieces – Candy coated peanut butter are a tasty compliment to the mix.
Peanut Butter Chips – Head to the baking aisle and grab these peanut butter chips, they are by the other chocolate chips.
Chocolate Chips – Now I added some chocolate chips as well but you can leave it out if you don’t want added sweetness.
How to Store Snack Mix
Room Temperature: You will want to store your snack mix in a container with a lid or bag. It will go stale if let out not covered. This peanut butter snack mix can be stored at room temperature on the counter.
Freezer Friendly: If you happen to find it is hot, you can refrigerate the mix or freeze it if you prefer. The mix will freeze for 2-3 months. Then thaw on the counter when ready to eat.
Variations To Recipe
With this snack mix you can literally do any items you want. From adding in some Goldfish crackers or even some dried cereal. Or swap Reese’s Pieces with candy M&M’s for a pop of color. Have fun making a custom snack mix.
