Like I want to do something festive, but sometimes I just don’t have time for something elaborate. And who doesn’t like a pizza quesadilla?
How to Make Shamrock Pizza Quesadillas
This recipe is healthy, easy, and practical for a busy day. And, it only requires a few ingredients!
Ingredients for Shamrock Pizza Quesadillas
- Spinach Tortillas – You don’t HAVE to use the spinach ones, but they taste the same as regular tortillas and the green makes this easy recipe even more festive for St. Patrick’s Day!
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Your Favorite Pizza Toppings – We used green peppers, pepperoni, and black olives at our house.
- Shamrock Cookie Cutter
Instructions for Shamrock Pizzadillas
Regardless if you call them pizzadillas or pizza quesadillas, they’re so easy to make! Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut the center out of one of the tortillas and set the tortilla aside.
Place the other tortilla on a baking sheet. Layer on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings. (We used mini pepperoni, black olives, and green peppers.) Cover the pizza ingredients with the shamrock tortilla. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the tortillas begin to turn golden around the edges. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Pizza and Quesadillas combine for this easy and festive Shamrock Pizza Quesadilla! Use your favorite toppings for a festive St. Patrick's Day treat!
Ingredients
- 2 Spinach tortillas
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
- Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut the center out of one of the tortillas and set the tortilla aside.
- Place the other tortilla on a baking sheet. Layer on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.

Notes
You may use regular flour tortillas, but the green spinach tortillas are extra festive for St. Patrick's Day!
