This Spicy Creamed Corn Recipe is the PERFECT way to use a relatively cheap product and turn it into something really tasty!!
I’ve got another delicious recipe to share with you today!! Spicy Creamed Corn is a perfect side dish for all of your Fall Recipes! My kids absolutely love this recipe and even ask for it a lot!
One of the things I love to do is take items I can get for relatively cheap and make great recipes. This just helps change things up from the normal!! Target always has a great $1/4 Market Pantry Frozen Vegetables Coupon, that makes the vegetables just $0.74 each when you can find them on sale for $0.99. This Spicy Creamed Corn Recipe is perfect for a Bag of Frozen Corn.
Another way to change this up is to use Velveeta Cheese instead of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese!! This makes the Creamed Corn a little extra creamy and super tasty! But I don’t always have Velveeta on hand since it can be pricey so I usually just use Shredded Cheddar Cheese since that’s something I can get on sale and I keep on hand.
What are your go to sides when you don’t want to blow your budget on a Side Dish? Share them in the comments!!
