By using real sweet potatoes in this recipe and whipping them with eggs and milk this recipe is a fantastic addition to a Thanksgiving meal. I also love the hint of vanilla in this recipe because that’s one of my favor flavors!
2.) Ginger Mashed Sweet Potatoes from Cooking on the Weekends
First you steam the sweet potatoes and then mash with butter, ginger, brown sugar and cinnamon. Then you add the cream, salt & pepper and that’s it!
