The Summer of 2020 has canceled a lot of our favorite activities but there are still fun ways to make memories this year! Have you heard about Walmart Drive-in Movie Nights starting in August? They are also launching Camp by Walmart. It’s a free virtual camp that you can enjoy in your living room. We also have these Free Summer Activities for Kids you can check out!
Walmart Drive-in Movie Nights
We have a local Drive-In theater in our area and we try to make a couple of shows per year. We grab some chairs and bedding for the back of the truck and make it a fun experience. Our kids love watching a movie outside and I love the nostalgia of it! And now, Walmart is launching a really fun experience for families! They will be transforming 160 store parking lots to host Drive-In movies!
How fun does that sound? Walmart just released more details about the Drive-In movies! The movies will be starting THIS WEEKEND and all the movies will be family-friendly! The event is FREE – however, you will have to get tickets! You will not be able to get tickets at the gate so make sure to get them before you go. Gates will open at 6 pm and the film begins at 7:30 pm. No late entry is allowed.
