I took these to a 4th of July picnic and they were a hit! I ended up having some leftovers. How long will they keep in the refrigerator? Would it be better to freeze the leftovers?
What would you recommend for a substitute to the bark due to an almond allergy?
4 oz or 8 oz pkg of cream cheese???
Hi Melinda, it’s an 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
Your truffles look amazing and so simple to make. Just scheduled to share on my FB business page on 4th July. :)
Do these need to be refrigerated until they are served because of the cream cheese?
Yes
What do you do with oil or shortening?
Hi Kim, you want to add that to the almond bark to thin it out a little bit. Just stir it in after the almond bark is melted before you dip the truffles. Enjoy!
Is the oil for the white almond bark ?
Yes after the almond bark has melted mix the oil into it to thin it out a little bit. Enjoy!
