Apple Cobbler Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
8 Cups Cut Up Apples (peeled and cored)
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Flour
1 Recipe of Easy Pie Crust
DIRECTIONS:
Cut up Apples
Combine Sugar, Cinnamon & Flour
Place in Microwave Safe Bowl, Microwave on High for 3 Min and Stir, Microwave another 3 Min and Stir, and another 3 Min
Place Apple Mixture in Oven Safe Dish
Cover with Crust (use top crust only for Cobbler, Use Top and Bottom Crust for Apple Pie)
Bake at 375 for 45 min or until crust is golden brown
