Bacon Pancakes are one of my favorites. I love eating pancakes and bacon together, so why not cook them. Give this recipe a try and let me know what you need.
How to Make Bacon Pancakes
Step 1: Start by making your Bisquick up with the eggs and milk. Make sure to remove all the lumps are broken out. You are more than welcome to use a different pancake mix if you would like.
Step 2: Place your mixture to the side and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then you will heat up your griddle and let it warm up.
Step 3: Place your bacon on the griddle and then pour the pancake mix over the bacon, and then flip it over and cook like you would a normal pancake. You will be using pre-cooked bacon. If your bacon isn’t pre-cooked then fully cook your bacon before you whip up the pancakes.
Tips for Storing Leftover Pancakes
You are more than welcome to make extra pancakes with bacon and store in the fridge. Then place in an airtight container. You can then warm up in the microwave or even reheat in the oven. If you warm your pancakes up in the microwave you can add a cup of water on the side.
Can You Freeze Pancakes
Freezing pancakes is a great way to meal prep for later on down the line. Simply place your cooked and cooled pancakes on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer and allow it to flash freeze. Then you will remove from the baking pan and place in a freezer bag or airtight container.
How to Serve Up Pancakes
Drizzle with syrup, spread peanut butter or nut butter on top, and more. These pancakes can be served any way you would like. Such a great grab and go breakfast as you head out the door.

Easy Bacon Pancakes Recipe
Whip up these bacon pancakes for breakfast. Thin pancakes that has a bacon slice in the center. Easy, quick, meal to serve up the family.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- bacon slices, cooked
Instructions
- Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs together in a mixing bowl with a whisk until large lumps are broken up according to package instructions. (If you'd like to use a different brand of pancake mix or make them from scratch, that is okay, too!)
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat electric griddle to 350 degrees. Place 3 cooked bacon slices on the griddle and pour a strip of batter over each one, covering the bacon slice. Flip over when golden on the backside.
- Continue cooking three at a time until you’ve used all your batter and bacon. (Or however many at a time is appropriate for the size of your griddle.)
- Serve with butter and syrup, if desired.
