Why Type Of Yogurt To Use In Yogurt and Fruit
You are more than welcome to use any flavor of yogurt that you want. Reach for a Greek-style yogurt for added protein, or go with flavored yogurt if your little ones don’t like plain or vanilla yogurt. You can truly use whatever yogurt you want.
Or you if you crafty, you can make Instant Pot yogurt and use homemade yogurt.
Other Toppings For Yogurt And Fruit Meal Prep Platters

- Sprinkles (keep separate till ready to sprinkle on or they will melt)
- Any other topping toppers
You can use any of your favorite yogurt toppings. Now just note that if you are using something that could melt into the yogurt just store in a baggie next to the prep containers.
How Long Will This Yogurt and Fruit Store For
You can prep and store your yogurt and fruit for up to 7 days in the fridge. Now, feel free to prep as much or as little as what you plan to eat in that timeframe. Or if you want you can prep for just 5 days if you don’t want them for the weekend.
How To Make Yogurt and Fruit Containers For Meal Prepping
In the larger section of your Rubbermaid Takeaway containers, you will add in your fruit. I prepped my strawberries, and then tossed in all the other berries. I purchased organic so you don’t have to rinse all the blueberries and raspberries for placing in-tray. If you wash them you will find they breakdown super fast.
Add fruit in one side and yogurt and coconut or other toppings in the other side. Toss in the fridge and store until you are ready to eat.
