Birthday Cake Brownies
Try this recipe and fall in love with FLIPZ® Birthday Cake Covered Pretzels!
The first step is to melt the Butter & White Chocolate Chips in a Glass Bowl. Then slowly stir in the Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla until well mixed.
In a separate bowl mix the Dry Ingredients (Flour, Salt, & Baking Powder). Then you add the Dry Ingredients to the Liquid Mixture.
Next you will Stir in the Sprinkles (Optional). I think adding the optional sprinkles makes this dessert even more fun. Especially if you are making this for kids, the sprinkles are a must!
Pour the mixture into a 9×13 Baking Pan and Bake on 350 Degrees for 28 Minutes. Make sure you let them completely cool!
Last, frost the Brownies with your favorite Vanilla Frosting and Top with FLIPZ® Birthday Cake Covered Pretzels.
The brownies really baked up nicely. I like to use parchment paper while baking when possible to reduce my clean up time. I also think it’s easier to cut the brownies a consistent size when I can pull them out of the pan prior to cutting them.
After I frosted the brownies I added the FLIPZ® and extra sprinkles for more color and birthday fun! I can’t wait to make these again for my daughter’s birthday. She is going to love them! I’m pretty confident my family will be asking for the recipe too!

Ingredients
- 1 Bag of FLIPZ Birthday Cake Pretzels
- 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter (1/2 Cup)
- 8 oz. White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- Colored Sprinkles for Brownie Mixture
- 1 Can of Your Favorite Vanilla Frosting
Instructions
