Broccoli Chicken Cheese Dip Recipe
Here is one of my Family Favorites. If you have Kids make sure you try this Broccoli Chicken Cheese Dip Recipe, it’s a great way to sneak in a Veggie most kids don’t like into a Delicious treat! This is also perfect for Game Days or Taking to your Favorite Team’s Tail Gate Party!
Here’s what you need:
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Rotel
1 2lb. Log of Velveeta
1 15 oz. Can of Chicken Broth
2 Cups Shredded & Cooked Chicken
1 10 oz. Bag of Frozen Broccoli
How to Make this Recipe:
Start by steaming the Broccoli in your microwave or cooking according to the directions.
In a Bowl combine Cream of Chicken Soup, Rotel, Velveeta, & Chicken Broth
Microwave on High for about 4 1/2 min, stirring every 1 1/2 Minutes
Chop Broccoli into small pieces (I also like to remove the stems at this point)
Add Chicken and Broccoli to Cheese Mixture
Microwave on High about 2 more minutes
You could also make this recipe in a slow cooker, just add all of the ingredients at the same time and cook until warmed and the cheese is melted.
One of my FAVORITE ways to serve this recipe is with Wavy Lays Potato Chips. This Summer Lays is recreating special memories and this recipe is one of my favorite Summer Time Memories from when I was a kid.
