Does the dough need to be refrigerated before baking? How much dough is used for 1 cookie? 1tbsp, 2tbsp? Or do you roll the dough out and use cookie cutters? Are these places on a greased or ungreased baking sheet?
I like to line my baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup! Just drop the dough onto the parchment paper lined baking sheets. You can also roll the dough a little if you prefer that and then press the top down with the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass. If you want to do cutouts, just chill the dough, covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, roll it out and then you could cut into circles with a biscuit cutter. It’s really up to you! Enjoy!
