Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. of Shredded or Cooked Chicken Breasts
- 1 Large Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Large Onion, Diced
- 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup of Salsa
- 1 Can of Black Beans
- 8 Cups of Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Medium Yellow Summer Squash (Optional)
- 1 Medium Zucchini (Optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the Slow Cooker
- Turn on High and Cook for 4-6 hours on High
- Serve with all your favorite toppings!
